Enjoy a fun and relaxing Tenerife getaway in our spacious, family-friendly villa in Playa Paraíso. Sleeping up to 5 guests, the villa offers a private heated swimming pool, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning throughout and a fully equipped kitchen.

Make the most of the Tenerife sunshine with your own outdoor kitchen, complete with an oven, gas burner and barbecue – perfect for family meals and evenings together. There’s plenty of entertainment too, with two pool tables, table tennis, a dartboard and a comfortable living area – and as the day ends, the terrace has sea views and lovely sunsets.

Families with young children are welcome, with cots and a large playpen available. The property also benefits from private parking, an electric entrance gate and high perimeter walls for added privacy.

Whether you’re travelling as a family or with friends, Villa Yvonne is a great base for enjoying the sunshine, relaxing by your own pool and making the most of Tenerife.

Villa Yvonne is in Playa Paraíso, a coastal resort in the municipality of Adeje on the sunny south-west coast of Tenerife, close to the popular Costa Adeje area.

Tenerife is the largest of Spain's Canary Islands, known for its mild climate all year round. The south of the island is served by Tenerife South Airport (TFS), and the island is home to Teide National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Check-out is between 11:00 and 12:00.
Children of all ages are welcome. Cots are free for children up to 3, on request and subject to availability. There are no extra beds.
No smoking, no pets, and no parties, events or stag and hen groups.
Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 08:00.

Deposit, payment & cancellation

Damage deposit: €500, held on your card on arrival and released within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the villa.
Payment: 30% when you book, and the balance 30 days before arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival are paid in full.
Cancellation: full refund if you cancel 30 or more days before arrival, 50% refund between 7 and 30 days, and no refund within 7 days of arrival or for a no-show.
We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance.
